The Leagoo Lead5 is the newest model of the company which steps into the low-end market. For the price you get a decent phone, and it will probably meet most people’s demands, though it’s not one of the best smartphones on the market today. If you’re looking for a cheap 5 inch model that this might be a good choice. The phone does offer great network coverage on GSM and WCDMA.
With a 5” inch IPS screen the Leagoo Lead5 looks good on paper, but with the resolution of 854 × 480 you might get disappointed when looking at that same screen. Sure, brightness might be okay, but the sharp pictures are not something you will get on this screen.
The Leagoo Lead5 and Leagoo Lead1 run on a Mediatek MT6582 1.3GHz processor with a Mali-400MP GPU and 1GB of RAM memory. You also get 8GB of internal storage, an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 3.2 megapixel front camera. Leagoo promises good battery life, and with the 2,800mAh battery that comes with the Leagoo Lead5 this should be fine.
